AMBRE Sustainable Clothing Review And Giveaway

In Giveaways, Green & Ethical Living, Style by eva.katona@yahoo.com66 Comments

Gifted item.

I’ve always been the fan of jumper dresses and oversized jumpers. Jumper or sweater dresses are the most comfortable things to wear, yet stylish. No tights in spring, tights or leggings on in winter. Flats, Chelsea boots or knee high boots. Flip flops even. Perfect for the windy seaside. A walk in the park. School run. Urban. Rural. Sustainable clothing.

Just like this one I have recently received from AMBRE Clothing.

What I thought about it

As I said I absolutely love a jumper dress but looking at AMBRE’s other products as well they are timeless, single colour, minimalist items that will stand the test of times.

I received their organic cotton Calla Jumper Dress and both the colour, the shape and the softness of the organic cotton made it love at the first sight. I am wearing size M these days, the dress is a great fit. I’m tall (175cm), but the dress is just perfect: not too short, not too long. Not too baggy, not too tight. And I love the cream heather grey colour. It’s set in sleeve –  another favourite feature of mine, I’m just a 90’s girl.

I was also happy to learn that it’s 85% organic ring-spun combed cotton and 15% recycled polyester, because I love the idea of some recycled contents. Full organic cotton garments are fantastic, but what are we going to do with all the existing textile waiting to be recycled?
