Brentwood is an upscale neighborhood in Los Angeles’ Westside, and is alongside a beautiful cluster of mountains and hills. It is located less than 5 miles from The Pacific Ocean’s elegant stretch of coasts, and is a relatively safe neighborhood that many celebrities will vouch for. There are so many affluent people here, so if you’re trying to surround yourself with influential and successful energy, then why not move to Brentwood, L.A?

Okay, that Sounds Great, but I’m not Rich, so…

It could be intimidating moving out to a neighborhood at such a high socioeconomic scale, but that doesn’t mean one of our good realtor friends can’t help you along your transition to higher quality living. These people are great at connecting you with the best properties and offer solutions to planning and budgeting concerns. They’ll make you feel at home even before they ensure one, and before you know it you could be in the home you’ve envisioned, connecting and networking with locals who are as passionate about leisure and success as you are.

What Makes Brentwood so Unique?

  • The air quality is cleaner than most parts of L.A as it nests between mountains and farms.
  • It is very quiet. About half the population is over 50 years old. Meaning it could also be a perfect place to retire, or if you are looking to settle down with a well-established partner, the opportunity is plentiful.
  • It is diverse. It is mostly democratic with republicans and independents following, so it’s both racially and politically diverse.
  • The weather is pleasant.
  • The growing market. Because Brentwood is such a wonderful place to live, the population has drastically increased and will continue to do so. Due to the increasing real estate demand, The perfect time to buy is now.

Their long term unemployment rate is at 5.55%. There has been a slight decline over the past year or so, and this is great as we are still tapering off a national pandemic. Jobs are increasing, and you should bear in mind about ½ the population is at retirement age. If you work in the medical field especially as a nurse or caregiver, the demand is high and always growing in Brentwood.
