Morning All, aren’t we all bored of porridge? Well, I am quite bored of it. But then, oats are really healthy, full of fibre, rich in minerals (manganese, selenium, phosphorus, magnesium, and zinc). And some other good stuff, wich makes them an ideal breakfast item, basically gives you energy for the whole morning (or at least until your second morning coffee when the toddler is on summer holiday).
