To be fair, it’s not much of a recipe, rather just an idea to share. My boy is on a restricted diet, which is beyond being a picky eater. He has sensory issues with food, with lots of food groups. I’m a big fan of salads combining fruits, vegetables and cheese. I could eat them every day. When you’re having guests and you want to prepare something different from the usual green salad, this could work very well as a good-looking, tasty and not your everyday starter dish.
