I’m always trying to find ways to turn my favourite recipes into a vegan one. I think, that’s my new hobby. This is coming from my grandma’s traditional Hungarian Mini Cheese Scones recipe, known as “Pogacsa”. It’s very popular. Now, I’ve not only changed the ingredients for vegan substitutes but I also made them as a biscuit shape instead of the scone shape. They are still lovely and soft, but baking them a little longer might add some crunchiness to it, if that’s what you like. I found, that oat milk is probably the best alternative milk.
