I’ve got really fed up lately that in the morning rush, getting the kids ready for school, preparing everyone’s packed lunches and making breakfast for everyone – but for myself. So, I often end up with a banana on the way to work or at work (not unhealthy but still not enough) or a piece of toast with vegan butter (not exactly the healthiest breakfast on it’s own).
