Advertorial post. With National Sweet Potato Day is around the corner (22nd of March) I thought it would be great to make something yummy and vegan celebrating one of my favourite vegetables. You see, I love sweet potato, so versatile, naturally sweet and fulfilling. It can be posh or plain and it goes well with a lots of different dishes: mains, sides, curries, casseroles, even muffins!
