I’ve been taking multivitamins since my teenage years, sometimes combined with extra iron, since I always battled with low iron levels and even fatigue when I was younger. I generally feel that my energy level goes lower whenever I stop for a week or so. This always reassures me that my body needs that extra boost. Even though I can safely say I’m on a healthy and balanced diet: I’m vegetarian so I eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Although I’m not a fan of milk, I eat other milk products (safe to say that I’m addicted to cheese). I …

This gorgeous salad is one of my long time favourites, really should have shared the recipe long ago! I can safely call it a full meal as it’s so fulfilling and flavoursome. Full of vitamins, protein and makes a perfect midweek meal. We have this almost every week not only because I love it, but also because hey… it’s a salad, so takes no time to prepare it. It still surprises me how everyone loves it whenever I serve it to guests, as for me it’s such a regular dish. It works very well in wintertime too when you just …
I love paneer, it’s a good base for vegetarian curry recipes and by adding it to literally any veggie curry or replacing meat with it works out always for me. With cauliflower I am a bit ambivalent, I usually need a masking flavour to make it tastier. Curry is one of them. This time however, I was craving coconut curry and something less harsh in taste. So the first try of the dish ended up too mild. Then added a bit of extra spice to it and it was delicious! It’s very easy and quick to prepare, maybe takes an hour …
I love finding new ways how to make avocado a little bit more attractive for my family. Instead of trying to make them understand how good is avocado for them (it contains very little fat, but lots of Omega 3 and 6, fiber, potassium, vitamins E, K, B6 and C and protein) I rather just create tasty food with these super healthy gems. Naturally, they are great on toast, and my son loves toast (and any bread for that matter). So, I came up with this toast or sandwich cream and it can also used as a dip. This recipe serves …
This recipe is a great version of the much-loved, original Mac’n’Cheese, one of our favourite childhood meal. It’s creamy and crunchy at the same time: the whole family will love it. It also takes no time and very little effort to prepare it. The good thing about cauliflower is, that it’s packed with Vitamin C, K and B6, fiber, protein and Omega-3 fats. So it’s basically just like fish 🙂 Therefore, if you can see any chance to smuggle it into any dish, give it a try. Both toddler and weaning diet compatible: depending on how soft the pasta is. You can even …
