I’ve always been a stationery fan, ever since I was a little girl. In the last couple of years though, I started to resist buying nice stationery as I thought it all just creates lots of waste. And that they are kind of unnecessary.

And now I know that there are some lovely small businesses like Wee Bit Of This And That, a little UK business that makes personalised and customised, sustainable stationery. They design and create a wide range of products including planners, calendars, baby record books and greeting cards. They only use sustainably sourced materials and whatever is left over from making their creations gets turned into something else like greeting cards.

Victoria – the owner got the idea of making refillable and customised planners, notebooks and diaries when she realised how many of them did she used, filled and binned over the years – being a stationery enthusiast herself. 

So the idea of that you choose a cover for your planner or notebook, then you choose what pages you want to fill it and Victoria will create them for you, all personalised and beautifully drawn. When you use up your pages, you just order refill pages and start again! Simple, waste free and because they are beautifully made.

I chose a A5 Undated Personalised Planner in Grey Felt. There are wide range of cover options you can choose from. Each journal also comes with a personalised bookmark of your choice and you can have it customised by adding your name on the title page.
