This can be made with any fresh cherries of course! Lovely, easy, perfect summer treat served with ice cream.
Preheat oven to 180 Celsius.
Mix the fruit base together in a mixing bowl, being careful not to smash the cherries.
Mix the crumble ingredients too. melt the butter in the microwave. I like it less moist, more crumbly - this is how mine looks like.
I don't grease the bottom of the dish - I don't think it's necessary with all the moist coming from the cherries. If you're unsure, just grease the bottom lightly. You'll need a small and shallow dish - this is measured for 4 people only.
Place it into the oven, you'll need 30-35 minutes to have a perfectly baked cherry crumble.
Enjoy - it's very nice with some ice cream on the side.
