Super simple and easy way to make yummy cheese biscuits.
Preheat oven to 170 Celsius. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Mix half of the oat milk with the dried yeast, set it aside to let it dissolve.
Combine everything in a mixing bowl and roll it out on a clean, surface previously dusted with some flour. Cut out round shapes.
Place them on the baking sheet, wash the top of the biscuits with a little oat milk and sprinkle with the vegan hard cheese.
Bake them for 15 minutes approximately - keep checking. When they are out, let them cool and enjoy.
