  • 440 g plain flour
  • 420 ml milk or nut milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 110 ml vegetable oil I used sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Mix everything in a mixing bowl with a help of a whisker.

  2. Preheat the waffle maker and use about 3/4 of a soup ladle to spread over the double iron. Normally 5 minutes is enough to make them, but all waffle makers are different.
