Spiced Amaranth Flour Crackers With Aronia Berries and Walnuts
Preheat oven to 175 Celsius.
Mix everything in a mixing bowl.
Lina a baking sheet (I use a silicone mat so no need for greasing) and place a tablespoonful of batter on it, then lightly flatten it into an inch sized oval shape. Pretty much how your cracker will be shaped and look like. Bake until firm, around 35-40 minutes, but not too hard.
They are delicious with dips and antipasti! Enjoy.
