Spiced Amaranth Flour Crackers With Aronia Berries and Walnuts

Ingredients
  • 200 g amaranth flour
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 handful walnuts roughly chopped
  • 1 handful dried aronia berries
  • 1 tsp amaranth oil or any other vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 175 Celsius.

    Mix everything in a mixing bowl.

  2. Lina a baking sheet (I use a silicone mat so no need for greasing) and place a tablespoonful of batter on it, then lightly flatten it into an inch sized oval shape. Pretty much how your cracker will be shaped and look like. Bake until firm, around 35-40 minutes, but not too hard.
