For example, regarding your diet and workouts, you can start by ensuring that you book accommodation options closer to the restaurants, markets, pharmacies, and gyms you prefer.

It also helps to speak with your doctor before you leave, especially if you have specific health conditions or are currently taking specific medications. Your doctor can help you plan your medications, stock up, recommend reliable places to purchase the medicines you need while abroad, etc. They can also give you important self-care tips to keep up with your health while on your trip.
